Morning Star Resources Limited was incorporated
in the Cayman Islands on 18 July 1988 and in year 1989 gained
its public listing status in the main board of the Hong Kong
Stock Exchange. The following principal activities are the core
businesses of the Group:
- Travel - Morning Star Travel Service Limited
- Property development - Morning Star Properties Limited

Travel
The Group is one of the pioneers and leading brands in the travel
industry in Hong Kong. Morning Star Travel Service Limited ("MST")
is an established tour operator and travel agent in Hong Kong
with 14 branches islandwide, serves a broad spectrum of customers,
from leisure to corporate. MST is also renowned for its wide
range of value for money group tour packages as well as free
and easy travel packages. MST offers destinations from mainstream
to exotic and continuously strives to explore new destinations
and improves its existing products to satisfy the discerning
needs of its valued customers. |

Property Development
The Group's property arm, Morning Star Properties Limited ("MSP")
focuses primarily on the development and sale of quality residential
and commercial properties in Zhongshan, PRC.
MSP has successfully developed Morning Star Villa, the residential
properties project and Morning Star Plaza, the commercial properties
project in Zhongshan and will continue to explore other development
projects in Mainland China. |
