| Introduction |
The Directors and management team of MORNING STAR
RESOURCES LIMITED (the "Company") are committed to maintaining
and ensuring high standards of corporate governance in accordance
with the Code on Corporate Governance Practices (the "Code")
as set out in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The
Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Company is headed by an effective Board which consists of members
who have a diverse range of experience and expertise. The Board of
